Iran agreed with one of Turkish companies about Iran's gas transportation to Europe, Iran's national gas company director Rza Kasaizadeh said on May 23, MEHR news agency reported.
"Upon the agreement Turkish company realizes procedure to get official permission from Turkish state to transport 35 billion cubic meters of Iran's gas per year to Europe," Kasaizadeh said.
He did not announced name of the company.
Iran has 50 percent of Turkish company's shares.
Iran is interested in its gas transportation via two transit pipelines Pars and Nabucco, Kasaizadeh said.
