In January-May, payment of gas consumption bills totaled 58.6 percent in Baku, according to a comparative table published in state media. This indicator totaled 95.2 percent in May.
The maximum rate of collection accounted for Garadagh district of Baku - 88.9 percent compared to 40 percent in Nizami district in January-May. The all time high payments of 140.4 percent accounted for Nasimi,Yasamal and Sabayil districts compared to 70 percent in Binagadi district.
Siyazan region saw the highest figure across the country - 167.3 percent. Neftchala region saw the minimum rate of collections - 41.2 percent.
Total gas consumption payments amounted 63.1 percent in the country in January-May. The figure was 94.5 percent in May.
