KazMunaiGas, Kazakhstan's state oil and gas company, said on Monday its net profit more than doubled to 397 billion tenge ($2.73 billion) in 2010 from 189 billion a year earlier, without giving a reason, Reuters reported.
The company's London-listed subsidiary KazMunaiGas Exploration Production last month reported a 12-percent rise in its 2010 net profit, after oil prices and production rose.
