The average oil price will be over $100 per barrel in 2011 without considerable fluctuations, although it is impossible to predict state of the market exactly, SHANA reported quoted Iran's representative to OPEC Mohammad Ali Khatibi.
"Cut in oil prices over the past few days cannot be a criterion to judge the future of the market and we could have definite position if this trend would continue for a while," he added.
According to Khatibi, financial and economic crisis in developed countries resulted in cut in oil demands, but it will rise in nearing winter season.
