Energy operator’s income rose by more than 10 per cent in 2011 in Azerbaijan

The income of the Azerenerji Company, (production and distribution of electric power in Azerbaijan) increased by 10.61 per cent in 2011 amounting to 672.47 million manats.
This was noted in company's balance report published in the official press on Saturday.

The electric power sale in 2011 brought 646.11 million manats of income to the company. The service of connection to electric power network was 21.09 million, whilst other earnings hit 52.8 million manats.

Company's expenses on fuel in 2011 amounted to 189.85 million manats, 191.9 million manats on amortization, 92.36 million manats on personnel, 51.96 million manats on technical services, 15.12 million manats- on raw materials and 4.6 million manats on the purchase of electric power.

The company's net profit this year amounted to 192.47 million manats in total which is 4.66 times less than last year. Basic income from shares amounted to 2.47 manats in 2011 against 11. 5 manats in 2010. Diluted income from shares was 2.19 manats against 11.5 manats.
