Kazakhstan's gas production amounted to 34.72 billion cubic meters (bcm) in January-October, 2013, compared to 33.135 bcm in the same period of 2012, the national dispatch center of the Kazakh Statistics Agency told Trend.
Gas production in Kazakhstan totaled 3.777 bcm in October, 2013 compared to 3.261 bcm during the same month of last year. In October, 2013 gas production in the country was 15.9 percent more than in October, 2012 and 17.6 percent more than in the previous month.
The fulfillment of the indicative plan on the gas extraction amounted to 109.3 percent in October, 2013.
