The Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery resumed manufacturing oil products, which was suspended on Aug. 1 due to preventative maintenance, a source in Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR told Trend.
The last overhauled unit was launched today, according to the source.
“Manufacture of all types of petroleum products at the refinery has been fully restored.”
Currently, the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery is being modernized, after which its production capacity will increase from 6 million to 7.5 million tons per year.
