There are many ways to avoid the US oil sanctions, Masoud Mirkazemi, Iran’s former Minister of Petroleum, told Tasnim News Agency, Trend reports.
According to Mirkazemi, these solutions will prove effective when officials will have faith in them.
Mirkazemi added that oil sanctions are nothing new for Iran, and that Iran has enough experience in countering the sanctions.
Saying that Iran has enough power for selling its oil, the former minister added that Iran's sales make up around 2 percent of global oil sales.
"I hope that the barriers impeding oil sales will be dealt with in a thought-out manner," he said.
The US imposed sanctions on Iran in November 2018.
