Iranian Tabriz Oil Refining Company sold products worth about 219 billion rials (about $836,000) at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) in the 2nd month of the current Iranian year (April 21 through May 21, 2021), said the official IRENEX report obtained by Trend.
According to the IRENEX, the company has sold 2.64 million liters of solvent 402 and 75 tons of iso feed products on the domestic floor of energy exchange within the mentioned month.
As reported, the Tabriz Oil Refining Company is located in the East Azerbaijan Province (north-western Iran). The company accounts for 7 percent of Iran's crude oil refining potential and plays a major role in supplying fuel to the northwest part of the country.
The company mainly produces liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), gasoline in accordance with Euro 5 standard, ordinary diesel, and diesel Euro 5 standard, aviation fuel, and other products.
In addition, the company produces light naphtha, granular sulfur, ethane, butane, hexane, lube cut, base oil, iso feed, iso recycle, solvent 402, solvent 404, solvent 406, benzene, bitumen, reformate and other products.
A total of 71.2 trillion rials (about $260 million) worth of products were sold at the Iran Energy Exchange in the 2nd month of the current Iranian year.
The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.
The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is currently 296,773 rials, and the price of $1 is 262,914 rials.
