Some 6.4 million tons of crude oil and oil products were produced in Kazakhstan in September 2021, which is by 0.3 percent more than last year and by two percent more than last month, Trend reports referring to Kazakhstan’s statistics.
The volume amounted to 62.3 million tons in the first nine months, which is 3.7 percent less than last year.
Some 5.5 million tons of this volume were exported in September, which is by 8.8 percent more than in September 2020 and by 5.2 percent less than in August 2021.
The remaining 824,500 tons were sold on the domestic market, which is by 34.5 percent less than last year and by 2.1 times more than last month.
Some 49.9 million tons of oil and oil products were exported in the first nine months (a decrease of 9.2 percent compared to nine months of last year) while 12.3 million tons of oil and oil products were sold on the domestic market (an increase of 27.6 percent).
