Iran is looking to continue its oil-related projects with China, as part of the countries' 25-year cooperation agreement, said former member of Iranian parliament's energy commission, Hedayatollah Khademi, Trend reports via ILNA.
He reminded that Chinese companies have remained active in Iran's oil sector for the past 10 years, in particular, including their work on Phase 11 of South Pars field in Iran.
"China can participate in construction of refineries, petrochemical plants, and development of oil fields in Iran," Khademi noted.
A 25-year comprehensive cooperation agreement signed between Iran and China last year has now entered the implementation stage, Iran's top officials said previously.
