TEHRAN, Iran, August 1. Power production at the Bistoon Thermal Power Plant in Iran increased by 17 percent in the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 21,2022), said the Managing Director of Bistoon Power Plant Masoud Mirza Asgari, Trend reports citing IRNA.
Bistoon Thermal Power Plant in Kermanshah Province has produced 1.3 billion kilowatts of electricity during this time, he said.
The power plant has created 400 jobs for locals and controls the sustainability of Iran's western power network, Mirza Asgari noted.
The Bistoon Thermal power plant has generated 3.6 billion kilowatts of electricity in last Iranian year (started March 21,2021).
