ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, January 27. The Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex has launched the production of two new types of petroleum products, Trend reports.
This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Government of Turkmenistan, Batyr Amanov, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on January 27.
According to him, the Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex has launched the production of diesel fuel "Hydro Plus", designed for jet diesel engines in extreme cold conditions.
Furthermore, he noted that the complex has also launched the production of 'SAE 50 API CF-4' engine oil for high-power diesel engines in cars and installations at high temperatures.
Summarizing the report, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the study of new methods for the production of petroleum products, bringing the quality of products in high demand in line with the requirements of environmental standards are the main tasks of the country's specialized enterprises.
Meanwhile, over the past few years, Turkmenistan has witnessed significant growth in its oil refining sector, serving as a pivotal driver of the nation's economic expansion.
Substantial investments and the modernization of manufacturing facilities are driving an upswing in the overall processing capacity of raw materials, leading to heightened productivity.
