The construction work under the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli fields development project is complete by 50%, Trend reports. The drilling and deck built in Azerbaijan are complete by 37%, while jackets were prepared built by two third.
The jacket is designed to be installed in 175 metres of water depth in Deepwater Gunashli and the production will start up in the second quarter of 2008. Phase 3 envisages the use of six subsea way injection wells.
