Khalik Mammadov, the manager of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), met with Wilrick Miter, spokesman of the Academic Exchange Service of Germany, the SOCAR told Trend.
The meeting focused on exchange of students with in the SOCARs program on training of specialists.
The meeting focused on cooperation with universities such as Klausthal and Karlsruhe. Mitter said that despite the difference in admission of student, the cooperation could be set up.
