AzEuroTel and TransEuroCom companies reduced tariffs on access to the Internet via ADSL technology, the companies said.

Presently, according to AzEuroTel's new tariffs, monthly user's fee to get access for ADSL with capacity of 2 Mbit/s varies from 18 manat (up-front traffic 12 Gb) to 88 manat (200 Gb).

Monthly user's fee for unlimited ADSL of TransEuroCom access varies from 25 manat (256/256 Kbit/s) to 110 manat (2048/1024 Kbit/s).

First, reduction of tariffs for internet services is connected with recent reduction of tariffs for Internet providers by initial provider Delta Telecom. This company proposed providers discounts worth 10-60 percent for rent of the international communication channels.

It its turn, it allowed providers rather reduce prices for ADSL services by offering users more profitable tariffs.

AzStarNet, Smart Systems, Connect, Ultel, Azeronline, Uninet (Stream), IntraNS, AztelekomNet и BakinterNet have also reduced tariffs for broadband access since September. Avirtel company plans to propose new tariffs for ADSL services soon.
