Acer to consolidate its position in Azerbaijan

Acer's new regional director in Eastern Europe Gleb Mishin will deal with consolidation of the company's position in Azerbaijan, the company said today.

In his new post Mishin will deal with strategic management of Acer in the developing markets of Eastern Europe, which includes 22 countries: Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Herzegovina and Albania.

Mishin will also remain in the post of Director General of Ltd. "Acer Marketing Services."

The company also announced about Dmitry Kravchenko's appointment as a regional manager for visualization devices (LCD-monitors, TVs and projectors) in Eastern Europe, as well as a general manager in Poland. Kravchenko will be responsible for business development of Acer in the countries of Eastern Europe for peripheral equipment and consumer electronics. As a general manager in Poland, Kravchenko will be responsible for the economic efficiency of company's activity in this country.
