Kazakhstan sees rise in budget revenue from shadow sector cuts

Efforts to reduce the shadow economy generated an additional 1.2 trillion tenge (approximately $2.3 billion) in revenue for Kazakhstan’s state budget, Finance Minister Madi Takiyev said during a joint session of Parliament.
