The electronic trading platforms of Azerbaijan can be marked with special Trust Marks, a source in the e-commerce market of the country told Trend.
The source of Trend said the work in this direction is underway at the state level.
"The presence of a Trust Mark is aimed at increasing the trust relations between the buyer and the seller. Its presence guarantees the quality of service to the buyer, and that the goods purchased are subject to return if unforeseen circumstances arise," the source said.
The Trust Mark system provides consumers with an opportunity to get acquainted with their own rights and the obligations assumed by trading companies, which is an important aspect for increasing confidence in e-commerce. The Trust Mark obliges the seller to use fair and transparent terms in contracts before the buyer proceeds to the purchase.
