BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 28. Türkiye's exports of aviation fuel to Kazakhstan in April 2023 amounted to 37,410 tons, Trend reports.
As Türkiye’s Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) announced, Kazakhstani imports of aviation fuel from Türkiye in the reporting period declined three times year-on-year (117,627 tons in April 2022). This volume has also dropped almost five times, compared to April 2021 (185,994 tons).
Kazakhstan has sharply decreased its aviation fuel imports from Türkiye in the reporting month of the current year, compared to March 2023, for instance, when supplies reached above 1 million tons.
In total, over 1Q2023, Türkiye exported 1.11 million tons of aviation fuel to Kazakhstan.
Meanwhile, Türkiye has imported 226,365 tons of fuel from Kazakhstan in the reporting period of 2023, which accounted for 6.4 percent of all the country's fuel imports.
