(KAZINFORM) - Kazakhstan has formed optimum system of maintaining international consent. The basic principle is a dialogue of the society and the state. That was the reason for initiating chairmanship in OSCE in 2009 and for achieving the goal we are moving step by step and we hope on the support, reports Trend.
The world community finds Kazakhstan a guarantor of regional security which pursues policy that can be called 'investments' into the stability of Central Asia.
