Kyrgyz mafia boss detained in Abu Dhabi
Mafia boss Kamchy Kolbayev and leader of the organized criminal group Almambet Anapiyaev are detained in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. Kyrgyzstanis temporarily living in this country informed 24.kg news agency.
According to them, wanted criminal leaders were detained in Abu-Dhabi on the night of July 21.
Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed this information but refused to give details. They promised to give them later.
Kyrgyzstanis in Abu-Dhabi said that allegedly forged documents and expensive jewelries stolen from one of shops of UAE were wound in the house of Kamchy Kolbayev.
Recall, the law enforcement department announced that Kamchy Kolbayev and Almambet Anapiyaev are put on international wanted list within the wide-ranging fight with the organized criminal groups. They are blamed in number of much publicized cases.
Earlier Kamchy Kolbayev served his sentence in medium security prison but later he was transferred to the usual colony. The mafia boss was convicted for murder of two and more persons, destruction of property, illegal purchase, keeping and pushing drugs, weapons and ammunition. Later the court reduced terms of his sentence by 10 years.
