BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 25. Kyrgyzstan acquired cotton yarn during trading on May 24 at the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan, Trend reports citing Orient news.

Entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan purchased 80 tons of cotton yarn on the stock exchange at a price of $2,400 per ton.

The total amount of the transaction was $192,000.

Furthermore, at the beginning of the month, entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan actively purchased smooth-dyed terry products, cotton yarn and Portland cement on the Turkmen stock exchange.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was established on July 29, 1994. It is the most important body of state regulation of export-import operations.
