Director General IAEA: No evidence found to prove alleged studies on Iran

Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohammed ElBaradei said Monday that the IAEA has detected no evidence to substantiate purported studies on Iran regarding use of nuclear materials, reported IRNA.

ElBaradei in an inaugural address to the IAEA Board of Governors' quarterly session here Monday said no information on design and manufacture of nuclear military equipment too has yet been found.

Reiterating non-diversion of nuclear materials' exploitation in Iran towards forbidden purposes, ElBaradei said that the IAEA, however, should use all related information, which could testify non-application of nuclear substances for military purposes.
