Iran will be attending the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) meeting in Kazakhstan, which will take place in Astana on 17-18 of May.

Iran will be attending the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) meeting in Kazakhstan, which will take place in Astana on 17-18 of May, Councelor of Iran's Embassy in Kazakhstan Hossein Amidi told Trend.

The Islamic Republic will be represented by Iranian Vice-President Mohammad Javad Mohammadizadeh.

Earlier Iran's ambassador to Kazakhstan Gurban Sayfi met with the Minister of Environmental Protection of Kazakhstan Nurlan Kaparov, and the sides discussed mutual relationship between the two countries, and agreed on establishing a working group based on the joint document on environmental protection signed in 2011.

After the meeting, Kaparov invoted Iranian Vice-President to paricipate in the ISESCO meeting in Astana.
