The U.S., and Israel are too weak to attack Iran, Brigadier General Masoud Jazayeri, deputy joint chief of staff of Iran's Armed Forces said in an interview to Al-Alam TV channel.

Jazayeri noted that Israeli attack on Iran would be equal to the destruction of Israel, and warned the U.S., that "Iran has necessary defensive capabilities in case of an attack".

Speaking of the military realities in the region, Jazayeri said while Israel and the U.S. are not strong enough to launch an attack on Iran, the Western media claims the opposite.

Iran's general criticized America's military presence in the Middle East and Persian Gulf, noting that international organizations do not give proper reaction to the countries that speak openly about attacking another country.

"These countries have openly stated they want to attack another country. Why has the international community remained silent in the face of such aggressive behavior?," Jazayeri said.

Iranian officials have, on many occasions, stated that in case if attacked, Iran would give a proper response to the enemy.
