15:29 (GMT +04:00) A source in Iran’s medical institutions said that 33 people, including 8 women and 4 children were injured in the terrorist attack in the Iranian city of Chabahar, Trend reports citing IRINN.
The explosion was staged by the Ansar Al-Furqan terrorist group, IRNA reported.
14:44 (GMT +04:00) Police lieutenant Dariush Ranjbar and police officer Nasir Darzadeh died in the terrorist attack in Chabahar.
Director general of the Interior Ministry's border affairs department, Shahriar Heidari, said three people were killed and three were wounded in the attack.
He said the explosion was staged by a terrorist group.
12:25 (GMT +04:00) Rahmdel Bamri, governor general of Chabahar, said the blast took place in front of a police post. A suicide bomber, who couldn’t drive the car into the police post's yard due to police intervention, blew the car up, Bamri added.
12:00 (GMT +04:00) A blast has occurred at the Shahid Rigi Boulevard in Iran’s city of Chabahar, Trend reports citing IRINN.
At least two people were killed and several others were injured in the car bomb explosion, according to preliminary reports.
There are women and children among the injured.
Sounds of shooting were heard at the scene of the incident as well.
