(Panorama) - Some newspapers which contracted Tigran Mets Publishing house will not be published for indefinite time because of absence of paper. The new detachment of paper was delayed because the ship delivering paper did not go on board because of bad weather, reports Trend.
Armen Harutunyan, human rights ombudsman, said the state has to take necessary measures to provide paper. Otherwise, he thinks it's a violation of human rights, particularly the right to receive information.
