The Avoidance of Double Taxation Convention between Belarus and Libya was signed in the presence of President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi in Minsk on November 3, reported Belta.
Several other documents were signed on the same day: a protocol of cooperation between the Justice Ministry of Belarus and the Main People's Justice Committee of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, memorandum of understanding between the State Standardization Committee of Belarus and the National Centre for Standardization and Metrology of Libya, a cooperation agreement between the National State TV and Radio Company of the Republic of Belarus and the General Broadcast Bureau of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
