Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a joint action plan between the two countries in 2013-2015, RIA "Novosti" reported.
In addition, a memorandum between the governments of Russia and Kazakhstan on cooperation in the development of emergency response in case of accidents with the use of "ERA-GLONASS" and the possibility of development on this basis of additional navigation and information services in the field of transport was signed with presence of the presidents of the two countries.
The document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Vladislav Surkov, and Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Kairat Kelimbetov.
