Turkey, Ankara, 2 December /Тrend News corr. A.Alaskarov/ Sri Lanka's President Mahinda Rajapaksa arrived in Turkey on an official visit. Today Rajapaksa will meet with Turkish President Abdullah Gul, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Koksal Toptan. According to Hurriyet Daily News, tomorrow the President of Sri Lanka will head for Istanbul, where he will meet with Turkish businessmen and representatives of defence industry.
