The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI) has announced an open tender for the procurement of consulting services for the construction of a number of buildings in Istanbul.
Local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender procedure will be held at 11:00 (GMT + 3) on July 24, 2018.
