Erdogan transfers his powers to VP

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has transferred his powers to Vice President Fuat Oktay, the Turkish newspaper “Resmi Gazete” reported Oct. 8.

The presidential powers were transferred in connection with Erdogan’s visit to Hungary, which started October 8 and will last until October 9.

Last time Erdogan transferred his powers to Fuat Oktay during the visit to Russia September this year.
