The Turkish Air Force launched the flights in Syrian airspace, Trend reports on Sept. 23 referring to the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.
According to the message, two F16 fighters of the Turkish Air Force flew in Syrian airspace at 10:00 and 12:00 (GMT+3) on Sept. 23.
“The flights were carried out as part of Operation “Inherent Resolve”, the Turkish Defense Ministry said.
