Annemie Ress, former global HR manager and specialist for eBay, PayPal, Skype, International Petroleum Exchange, PepsiCo and founder of the Purple Beach forum has delivered on Monday, 18th of November, an exclusive workshop for HR directors at the Fairmont Flame Towers Baku.
The event was organized by The HR Company (HRC) and P World Azerbaijan as a senior level follow-up for the "Baku HR Experience" conference, which took place on the 4th and 5th November and targeted the HR community.
60 clients and partners of HRC and P World, together with the winners of the "Excellence in HR Awards 2013" were selected to attend the event.
During the event, The HR Company also announced that they have successfully completed the Saville Consulting Accreditation Program, an international occupational psychometric assessment business helping organizations to identify, select and develop talent individuals and teams. Psychometric Assessments are designed to measure the behaviors which are central to effective performance in the workplace and also linked to demonstrating potentials.
