Azerbaijans Committee against Tortures possesses realizable information on secret jails and people torturing by Armenians on AzerbaijansOccupied grounds, in particular Nagorno-Karabakh, reportedly said Elchin Behbudov, chairman of Azeri Committee against Tortures.
Behbudov said this information comes even from Armenian law defending organizations. In particular, people are tortured in basements of Shusha town jail. В"Armenians torture Azeri soldiers with especial crueltyВ", - Behbudov said.
В"I would love to visit Azerbaijans occupied grounds and monitor jails over there. Im even eager to visit Nagorno-Karabakh if my security there is grantedВ", - he concluded.
