Prime Minister Vladimir Putin in his first media column for the time of a public career told why the manager must be sure to understand the conflicts that have taken place in the team, and do it sometimes very hard, RIA Novosti writes.
"Conflicts in the team, especially in large, always occur. This is happening every minute, every second - just because clashes take place amongst people, notably the clash of interests," Putin wrote in the "Russian pioneer" magazine which will go on sale on May 29.
The head of the government has admitted that he had examples of such situations.
"It is very difficult to handle them, but that obviously is necessary. It takes time, a lot of time, but the other way simply does not exist," he said.
"Some people sometimes say me if there was not your intervention, then that and this fact would not be. And I can honestly say that, for example, if I when was the president did not intervene in some situations, then there would not be any government in Russia long ago," the prime minister said.
Putin is confident that "Brownian motion" aroused due to internal conflicts requires attention, but it is necessary to influence on the participants of this movement, and sometimes very severely.
