North Korea announced on May 25 that the country conducted underground nuclear tests which caused negative attitude worldwide.

Medvedev said at World Economic Forum in St. Petersburg that new draft agreement on strategic offensive arms is being designed.

"What is happening today is a very good push," he said.

"I will receive U.S. President after some time and I hope we will discuss this issue," Medvedev said.

He said "non-enlargement of nuclear club is of great significance for us as uncontrolled use spread of nuclear weapons poses danger for entire humanity."
