President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory message to Myanmar`s leader Thein Sein as his country celebrates the Independence Day.
The Head of State expressed hope that the relations between Azerbaijan and Myanmar would continue to develop on the basis of friendship and cooperation.
