Francisco Arroyo Vieira stressed that Mexico has a particular liking to Azerbaijan.

Vieira appreciated the desire to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict by peaceful means, and said they are respectful to all diaspora organizations and create conditions for their normal operation.
