Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for the Republic of Panama for an official visit, Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry said.
During the visit, Mammadyarov is expected to hold meetings with the officials of the Republic of Panama, according to the ministry.
