President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has expressed condolences to Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan over the heavy human loss as a result of the terrorist attack in Ankara.
"I was deeply saddened by the news of heavy human loss as a result of the explosions in Ankara," said the president. "We are deeply outraged by this terrorist attack and consider it important to fight together against all forms of terrorism."
"I share your grief over the tragedy. On my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people, I extend my deep condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died, the brotherly Turkish people and wish those injured recovery," said the letter of condolence.
