The OSCE Baku Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) conducts a briefing in Baku for a short-term mission of observers for the parliamentary elections. The briefing is held at the �Gyulistan’ palace from 09.00 a.m. till 18.00 p.m. in closed regime, Trend reports.
The participants are informed of Azerbaijan, of the socio-political situation, instructed on the measures in case of detecting any violations of law.
The briefing will be held till Saturday, until all 600 persons of the short-term mission arrive and participate. After taking instructions the observers are sent to the regions of the country.
