Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend J.Babayeva / Azerbaijan is sure that security of sportsmen in the Olympic Games will be ensured, Azerbaijani Sports and Youth Minisrer Azad Rahuimov stated to a news conferebce in Baku on 5 August.
"Security of Azerbaijani sportsmen at Olympic Games is the most important task. Chin seriously and with responsibility regards the conduct of Olympic games. In April the delegation of the Ministry visited the Olympic complexes in Beijing, where our [Azerbaijani] sportsmen will be settled," the minister said.
Representatives from Azerbaijan, who are currently in Beijing, keep contact with us and there is not any problem at the moment," he said.
The minister said that Armenian sportsmen will not be settled in the Olympic camp of Azerbaijani sportsmen.
