Azerbaijan, Baku, 22 october / corr Trend K. Zarbaliyeva / Trial over gang, which possessed citizens' property in large amount by cheating, takes place.
16-storeyed buldings were built by Telman Salimov, director of Karabakh Association of Water Consumers, Ashraf Orujev, Ilham Guseynov, Shakir and Vidadi Guseynov in the territory of Binagadi and Yasamal districts of Baku.
In September 2007, the buildings are revealed to be in emergency state upon examination.
Contractors concluded contracts with 125 citizens to sell the apartments in this building and they received AZN 2mln from them.
Above-mentioned persons were arrested after citizens' complaints and a criminal case was filed with respect to them under swindle article (178) of Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
The decision on transfer of court review on 31 October was made at the preparatory meeting, which took place on 22 October.
