Seven Azerbaijani sportsmen take part in Rio today

Seven Azerbaijani sportsmen will take part on the 11th day of the Olympic Games in Rio.
Azerbaijani boxers Yana Alekseevna (women, -60 kg) and Elvin Mamishzada (men, -52 kg) will begin the participation in the Olimpiade.
Azerbaijani sportsman Nazim Babayev will take part in triple jump.
Inna Osypenko-Radomska will begin the participation in canoe (Women's kanoe 200 m, sprint)
Boxer Kamran Shahsuvarly (75 kg) will fight for advancing to the semi-finals.
Also Saman Tahmasebi (-85 kg) and Sabah Shariati (-130 kg) will begin the participation in the Greco-Roman wrestling.
Fifty-six athletes are representing Azerbaijan at the 2016 Summer Olympics, underway in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The games, which kicked off on Aug. 5, will end on Aug. 21, and will be followed by the 15th Summer Paralympic Games on Sept. 7-18.
