BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. The tasks of organizing service and battle activities, providing comprehensive support and improving the social and living conditions of the units stationed in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories are being carried out in a planned manner on behalf of the President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, Trend reports with reference to Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry.
Modern-style military infrastructure facilities are being built and other necessary measures are being taken to further increase the battle readiness of personnel serving 24 hours a day in areas with difficult terrain and harsh climatic conditions, to maintain battle readiness at a high level.
Maintenance and repair centers, also accumulator workshops are being created in the liberated territories in order to maintain military equipment in good condition as part of these measures.
All conditions for technical and scheduled seasonal maintenance of vehicles have been created at the points equipped with modern equipment.
Identified malfunctions of automotive equipment arriving at maintenance and repair points are eliminated in a short time. The vehicles are again placed at the disposal of the units of the Azerbaijani Army after repair works.
These points are supplied with high-quality fuels and lubricants, spare parts and equipment to ensure uninterrupted and stable operation of automotive equipment. The maintenance of the technical indicators of military equipment and military vehicles is being provided at a high level and also their constant readiness for operation is ensured.
These points provide premises for the head of the workshop, locksmith workshop, welding workshops, car wash, accumulator workshop, and warehouse for armored vehicles. The accumulator workshop, which provides for the maintenance of batteries, consists of rooms for distilling water and charging and storing batteries.
Activities continue in the liberated territories to increase battle and moral-psychological readiness, strengthen logistics and further improve the social and living conditions of personnel due to the attention and care of the Azerbaijani President, Defense Ministry said in a statement.
