STATE COMMITTEE OFFICIALS TO STUDY AZERBAIJANISвЂ™ PROBLEMS IN GEORGIA
A delegation headed by Nazim Ibrahimov, the chairman of the State Committee on Azerbaijanis living abroad left for Georgia on Monday. Along with the representatives of the State Committee the delegation also included the heads of some media units functioning in Azerbaijan.
The key objective of the visit is to get familiar with the problems of Azerbaijanis living in this country, as well as organization of discussions with some state officials of Georgia for the resolution of existing problems.
On the first day of the visit Ibrahimov will visit the Azerbaijani embassy in Georgia. After the meeting with the representatives of the Committee he will leave for Marneuli District to hold a meeting with the Azerbaijani communities and intelligentsia. The journalists will also get familiar with the problems of Azerbaijanis living in this country during the visit to last on Thursday.
