“The reason for death of Bakhtiyar Eynaliyeva serving his term in prison 2 of the Central Department for Execution of Court Sentences (CDECS) under the Justice Ministry was cardiac insufficiency,” Rafig Ramazanov, the chief of the PR division of CDECS, told Trend.
The Supreme Court sentenced Eynaliyev to 12-year imprisonment on accusation of brigandage, premeditated murder and some other crimes. He was moved up from the Gobustan prison of closed type into prison 2. Eynaliyev had heart attack at the Gobustan prison.
“Though doctors rendered medical aid at the night from 23 to 24 December, he died of next heart attack,” Ramazanov stressed.
After examination the body of Eynaliyev was handed over to his people for burial. The Azizbayov district Prosecutor Office launched investigation on the fact.
