Georgia, Tbilisi / corr. Trend N.Kirckhalia / The two-day international conference on inter-religious dialogue was held in the 'Ambassador' hotel in Tbilisi on 28 June.
The organizer of the conference is the Georgian Education and Science Ministry.
Attending the conference are Bela Cipuriya, the Deputy Education and Science Minister, Igor Gaon, the Special Representative of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe to Georgia, Piers Mason, the head of the Coordination Office of Administration and Programs of the Council of Europe's Department, as well as Maria Iarera, the Manager of the European Commission's project.
During the conference the representatives of Georgian, Azerbaijani, Armenian and Ukrainian educational institutions will discuss issues concerning intercultural dialogue. The presentation of the 'Intercultural Dialogue in Education' project will also be held.
